
Transform Management LLC (2023) was formerly Advanced Mapping Systems LLC (AMS) a consulting firm started in 2004 by Jackson to provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Project Management and Consulting Services to governments and the private sector.
In 2020, Jackson was elected to the Board of Directors for an 800 home Homeowners’ Association (HOA) serving first as the treasurer and then as president. After enjoying that experience, completing CAM education and realizing his past management & technical skills easily translated to Community Association Management, Jackson added Association Management to his list of management services.
Jackson brings to each client and Association an unparalleled management skills set that draws on a broad portfolio of experience and relevant formal training that includes senior level management responsible for highly visible & complex multi-disciplined enterprise-wide change & innovative technology initiatives. He is a detailed oriented engineering-based problem-solver with business process improvement, technology and project management skills.
Past clients include Office of the Prime Minister, The Bahamas, New York City IT, Adu Dhabi SDI, District of North Vancouver, City of Vancouver & Emergency Operations, Sarasota County, E-COMM 911, Hernando County, Manatee County, Citrus County, City of Tampa, Tampa International Airport, etc.
Jackson received a Bachelor of Science in 1988 (U of Calgary, Engineering); a Master of Business Administration in 2003 (USF Business). He maintains an active, in good standing credential as a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Engineers and Geoscientist of British Columbia, a former project management professional (PMP) and former GIS professional (URISA). He holds a FL CAM license CAM58158, Transform Management License CAB6321 and is a CAI accredited Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
